讲座摘要:

I will present a newly developed typology of three-way interaction models. In this talk, I will explain how to approach moderation based on three-way interactions, introduce three types of three-way interaction models, and provide the appropriate post-hoc statistical procedures accordingly. I will also outline several future research examples to demonstrate how three-way interactions can be used in Asian management research.

主讲人简介:

林朗为教授任澳门大学管理和市场学系主任,美国俄立冈州大学管理学博士学位, 前亚洲管理学会副主席。林教授目前从事的研究领域涉及:信任感、情绪工作需求、积极主动的行为以及肮脏工作等。他曾经发表过文章的期刊有:《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Journal of Management》、《Human Relations》、《Journal of Organizational Behavior》、《Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology》、《Leadership Quarterly》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》、《Journal of Business Ethics》等。林教授在“信任和肮脏工作”中的研究还收录在2012《中国组织行为手册》当中。其目前还担任《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》高级主编, 《人力资源管理学报》编辑顾问, 《Journal of Managerial Psychology》编辑顾问委员会以及《Journal of Trust Research》的编辑审查委员会成员。
